1.   Do I have to learn how to use a camera?

No, we do just about everything for you. We shoot the e360° photos, process the images, publish the tours to your or our internet server (we will host your tours free of charge if you prefer to use us) and pass the link to the tours to you for posting to your website. We can even automate the posting of the link for you if you like.

2.   Will the tours you create be compatible with my website?

They can be identical to your current website or they can be customized to give your tours a personalized look and feel.

3.   What is the process for creating an e360° Virtual Tour?

We use the highest quality digital cameras and a special photographic lens that has been designed specifically to shoot e360° photos. The patented lens is a breakthrough in technology that simplifies creation while enhancing the quality of tours. The photographic images are processed by newly developed, state-of-the-art software that includes computer-controlled adjustments that enhance the tours for viewing on the Internet.

4.   Does it take a long time to process an e360° Virtual Tour? I have heard       that it sometimes takes 2-3 weeks to turnaround a tour.

We can provide you 24 hour turnaround or less. Our new software that processes the images is fast and efficient and allows us to publish the tours in as little as two hours if you need it. Old technology required that multiple photos be shot and then transformed into 360° images through a time consuming, labor intensive process called “stitching.” We have eliminated the need for “stitching.”

5.   Can I have my photo and logo on the e360° Virtual Tour web pages?

You may have anything you want, within reason and good taste. The e360° Virtual Tours can be customized to fit your needs.

6.   Do you limit the number of images on a e360° Virtual Tour?

There is no set limit though our service agreement includes up to ten images with our standard package. We will be pleased to work with you if the number of images in your tour includes eleven or more images.

7.   Can I have still photos as part of my e360° Virtual Tours?

Yes. We are substantially different than other vendors who use older technology. We will include up to ten still photos for no additional charge along with the ten e360° photos that are part of our standard package.

8.   Are there any “plug-ins” or other software that my visitors will have to      download before they can view my e360° Virtual Tours?

No. Your visitors can view the tours with any standard Internet browser and without having to download "plug-ins”.

9.   How long does it take to view an e360° Virtual Tour?

Speed of response is affected by at least two important variables – the size of the files and the speed of the visitors Internet connection. For those visitors with a cable modem or DSL connection, the answer is a matter of seconds.

Computer graphic files are larger than typical word processing or spreadsheet files and they take longer to transmit. But we do everything we can to make the viewing process efficient. You will notice that we present the first couple of images to the visitor, so the visitor can start their review while the rest of the images are being downloaded. This overlap in the process gives e360° Virtual Tours a decided advantage over older, slower, less efficient systems.

Visitors who have slower connections to the Internet will experience longer response times.
